Order Cancellations
Orders may be cancelled before they are processed for shipment.
Once an order has been processed and shipped, cancellation is no longer possible. However, customers may still request a return or refund after delivery in accordance with our 30-Day Money-Back Guarantee below.

If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may request a refund or exchange within 30 days of receiving your order.
Eligibility Requirements:

- Original packaging must be included
- Proof of purchase is required
Once your returned item is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval status.
Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days.
Return Shipping
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item received is defective or incorrect.
Chargebacks & Payment Disputes
